Our History

Well before Advanced Corporate Agents was born, I was introduced to the industry and entrepreneurship by my Father. He really enjoyed buying companies, building them into profitability and selling them. It was in the 1970s when my Father purchased a company founded in 1901, rich with history and fulfilling requests for UCC and Federal tax searches. I was only 12 at the time.

Dad always looked to his children for help and support…namely, me. That was my first introduction into the industry. It was quite manual at the time, well before computers. I can recall helping Dad fulfill orders by researching files which was nothing more than index cards.

As family companies came and went, I thought it was best to experience working for a company not owned by the family. It was a great 6 ½ years of experience at a publishing company where I learned all about database technologies and online court documents. I made my way through the ranks and lead a special division called Information Source.

Entrepreneurship and servicing the law was in my blood. In 2008 I launched Advanced Corporate Agents in Chicago, IL. As I began to formulate the company, it became apparent what would set us apart. Client Services & Support.

It might seem cliché, but those words are the reason for the Company’s growth year after year.
